Travelin' at two months!

We made a trip to Houston . . . whew - you should have seen all the stuff we had to take!

We're 1 month old!!!

We were a month old on Jan. 13! Pete is now 8 lbs. 8 oz (he gained 2 pounds in 2 weeks!) and Miss Avery is 7 lbs. 7 oz. They are both gaining really well. Both of the babies are really close to smiling. Avery makes you think she's about to do it, and then she closes her eyes and puffs her lips together. She's already a little diva!!

Beginning to get into the groove . . .

We're trying to start getting into a schedule and the babies are doing great. They are so good tempered and Pete and I have had so much fun taking pictures of them! I'm also having alot of fun dressing them up!!

This play mat is fantastic (thank you Emily!) and the babies love it. They are starting to reach for the toys and hold their heads up. Both have lifted their heads and turned them the opposite direction!

New Year's Eve- Dec. 31st

Avery and Pete were so happy! They were almost 3 weeks old in this picture. Mommy and Daddy had so much fun playing with them and trying to take their picture. We couldn't get over how much bigger Lil Pete looks than Avery! Even though she is the "older" one - you never would guess it!

It's a Girl . . . It's a Boy!

Well, our long wait is over! We finally are able to meet our precious babies that we have been waiting so long for. I am so glad that we waited to find out if they were boys or girls until we delivered. It was amazing when we heard our doctor say those words "It's a girl . . . It's a boy!" (Even though there was a LONG time in between!)
